About the role#
Brightspire Virtual School is looking for a Student and Partner Success Advisor to manage relationships with students, families, and institutional partners. This role focuses on supporting student engagement and retention while managing the onboarding and implementation process for our partners. You will act as a primary point of contact, using data to guide families and organizations toward successful outcomes with our programs.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain relationships with students, families, and partners to provide guidance and support.
- Use the Proactive Success Monitoring System to track student progress and identify specific needs.
- Develop and communicate actionable strategies to improve student engagement.
- Create implementation plans that align partner goals with our services.
- Lead onboarding activities for districts, organizations, and educational institutions.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in education or educational leadership.
- Knowledge of grades 6-12 education, including virtual learning models.
- A strong understanding of adolescent development and family dynamics.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and learning platforms.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, remote position.
- Candidates must reside and work within the United States.
- You will need a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- This role is paid and follows a rolling term.
