About the role#
The Co-Pack Planning Intern will assist the Supply Chain team with production planning, inventory management, and supply coordination for co-pack operations. This role involves working across multiple manufacturing partners and regions to gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations. You will start by providing backup support for daily planning tasks and gradually develop the ability to manage specific aspects of the planning process independently.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day co-pack planning activities, including production scheduling and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate supply requirements based on demand forecasts.
- Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Operations teams to ensure appropriate inventory levels and production coverage.
- Monitor inventory levels to help identify potential supply risks or gaps.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and documentation related to co-pack operations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Interest in supply chain planning, operations, or production management.

- Compensation: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour.
