About the role#
The Finance and Accounting Leadership Accelerator (FALA) Internship is a 10-week paid summer experience. It provides current students with hands-on exposure to corporate accounting and finance. You will be placed within our Global Finance community, which covers areas such as controllership, technical accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, global internal audit, and commercial finance.
What you'll do#
- Take on real-world assignments across various finance functions.
- Receive mentorship from finance leaders throughout the summer.
- Participate in professional development workshops to build your skills.
- Deliver a capstone presentation to finance leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled student seeking a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
- On track to graduate by Spring 2028.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of data analytics.
