About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship for students interested in real estate valuations and portfolio analytics. You will work directly with management teams at Brio Real Estate and Blackstone to support property investments and financial reporting. The program includes training, mentorship, and a final project presented to executive leadership.
What you'll do#
- Deliver portfolio analytics summaries and property-level performance reports.
- Prepare investment summaries and presentations for management teams.
- Gather market intelligence, such as recent sales data and current market conditions.
- Assist with monthly or quarterly property valuation models.
- Review third-party reports and market studies to extract actionable data.
- Prepare leasing, operating, capital, and financing analyses.
- Complete an individual project and present your findings to the executive leadership team.
What you'll need#
- You are a current junior at an accredited four-year institution.
- You are pursuing a degree in Finance or Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.
- You maintain a minimum 3.2 GPA.
- You have intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- You possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
- You can handle multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Argus proficiency is preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Dallas, Texas.
- The internship is a full-time, 10-week commitment beginning in June 2027.
- The pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
