About the role#
This 10-week internship provides hands-on exposure to commercial real estate finance. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain insight into real-world transactions and investment strategies while developing your technical and analytical skills.
What you'll do#
- Actively contribute to the strategic management, evaluation, and reporting of a diverse portfolio of private commercial real estate debt investments.
- Support various investment strategies including core, core+, value-add, and opportunistic approaches.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution graduating in 2028.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.

- Locations: Atlanta, Georgia or Dallas, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 weeks, beginning in June).
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
