About the role#
This 10-week internship provides hands-on exposure and a foundation for a career in commercial real estate finance. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain insight into real-world transactions and investment strategies while developing your technical and analytical skills.
What you'll do#
- Actively contribute to the strategic management of a diverse portfolio of private commercial real estate debt investments.
- Evaluate and report on investments, including core, core+, value-add, and opportunistic strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student graduating in 2028.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.

- Locations: Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX.
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 weeks, beginning in June).
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- This is a paid internship.
