About the role#
Join the Learning Experience team at BrainStorm. You will work with experts in learning design, behavior change, and product development. This role focuses on helping organizations adopt technology through effective learning content. We look for students who are curious, responsible, and ready to take ownership of their projects.
What you'll do#
- Use AI and modern productivity tools to accelerate learning and build solutions.
- Create and maintain learning content and digital experiences.
- Research topics related to learning, change management, and AI adoption.
- Check the quality and accuracy of content shared with customers.
- Support data analysis and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with team members on various initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A responsible and curious mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of your tasks.
- Ability to balance competing priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Comfort using AI and modern productivity tools.
- We welcome students from majors including Computer Science, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, and Media Studies.
Location & details#
- Location: American Fork, Utah.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September through December).
- Commitment: Up to 20 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid internship.
