About the role#
Bracebridge Capital is hiring an accounting student for a Tax Co-op position. You will report to the Tax Senior and gain exposure to a variety of projects within our Tax Department. This is a full-time, paid role based in our Boston office.
What you'll do#
- Support the Tax team by preparing tax workpapers and related reports.
- Assist with the review of IRS Schedule K-1s, IRS Forms 1065, and other tax documents.
- Prepare reports and analyses for current and potential investments.
- Help the team with ad hoc investor tax requests and deliverables.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a BS, BA, or MS in Accounting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.

- Compensation: $35 per hour.
