About the role#
BPCM is seeking interns for the Beauty Department for the Fall 2026 term. This program provides hands-on experience in public relations and communications, supporting client campaigns and daily agency operations. Interns will work directly with the New York team to gain exposure to the industry landscape.
What you'll do#
- Monitor online and print media for client features and mentions.
- Assist with giftings, sample inventory management, and send-outs.
- Track client coverage and compile trend reports.
- Contribute to the execution of PR campaigns, events, and mailers.
- Maintain and curate showrooms and storage spaces, including visual merchandising.
- Stay current on industry trends and pop culture.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with industry platforms such as LaunchMetrics, Cision, and Muckrack.
- Strong written, verbal, and computer communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask.
- Students pursuing degrees in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or Public Health are encouraged to apply.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Modality: On-site at the Brooklyn office.
- Schedule: Three days per week, 10:00 AM–5:30 PM, through December.
- Compensation: $25 per day stipend; school credit is available if applicable.
