About the role#
The Customer Experience Intern supports the operational backbone of our CX team. You will focus on the processes, documentation, and knowledge resources that allow our department to function. This role gives you the space to map how we work, spot inefficiencies, and build the materials needed to close those gaps. Your work directly supports our mission by helping our own team save time and operate more effectively.
What you'll do#
- Document existing CX workflows to create a clear record of team operations.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies in current processes.
- Create knowledge base articles and training materials to address these gaps.
- Recommend improvements to existing workflows.
- Partner with team members to validate the accuracy of documented processes.
- Organize and maintain the CX knowledge base for easy access.
- Support the rollout of new or updated processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain information simply.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to structure information logically.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Comfort gathering information from multiple team members.
- Experience with common productivity and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with a wiki or knowledge base platform.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with school systems, sports scheduling, or education-related administration.
- An interest in process improvement, operations, or training content design.
