About the role#
As a Digital Transformation Analyst Intern, you will help organizations solve business challenges by applying digital strategies and solutions. You will work on real projects to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency while learning how public sector organizations operate. You will contribute to the development of technology and business system solutions while working alongside experienced professionals.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- You are scheduled to graduate by Summer 2027.
- You have experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bonus points for experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), data analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.

- This role is located in Arlington, Virginia.
- This is an on-site position.
- The internship is part-time and follows a rolling schedule.
