About the role#
As a software engineering intern, you will work as a full stack developer to build end-to-end solutions. You will help clients solve complex challenges by applying current architectural approaches and technologies. This role involves taking software and systems from initial vision to production-ready status.
What you'll do#
- Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready.
- Help clients solve difficult challenges using modern tools and architectural approaches.
- Identify needed system improvements.
- Ensure solutions account for current architecture and operating environments.
- Work in a collaborative team environment to resolve problems with complete solutions.
What you'll need#
- Experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
- Proficiency with languages and tools such as Java, Python, C, C++.NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal.
- Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions, including SQL.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Mathematics.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The work modality is on-site.
- Locations: Bremerton, Washington and Seattle, Washington.
- This position follows a rolling term.
