About the role#
Join Booz Allen as a Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) Fellow in a structured program designed to support your transition from military service. Throughout this 12-week fellowship, you will explore core company markets and capabilities while gaining exposure to mission-focused work. This program provides a collaborative environment to connect with mentors and leaders while applying your military experience in a new professional setting.

What you'll need#
- Must be on active duty or transition leave and within 180 days of transition from military service for the duration of the 12-week program.
- Military spouses must be registered for the HOH Career Forward Fellowship or DoD Career Accelerator Program.
- Veterans must be registered for the HOH Career Forward Fellowship Program.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and an active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance.
