About the role#
As a Partner Success Manager, you will work on the front lines of client success by managing direct communication with our publisher partners. You will drive growth, retention, and satisfaction while aligning partner success with our objectives. This position requires you to act as a trusted data expert, using emerging technologies and AI to rethink how our partners derive value from our data.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with publisher partners to grow deeper relationships across departments like sales, marketing, and content.
- Tell stories with data and innovate publisher capabilities for advertising, events, and yield optimization.
- Manage escalations and offer solutions to resolve challenges between the company and partners.
- Execute data programs on behalf of partners, including audience segment creation and trend analysis.
- Strategically collaborate with publishers to identify new ways of using Bombora data, including AI-enabled workflows.
- Apply AI platforms to publisher projects, research, and problem solving to improve the speed and quality of work.
What you'll need#
- 5+ years of experience in media and advertising, including time at a publishing company.
- 5+ years in client-facing roles such as business development, account management, or customer success.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and a willingness to experiment with emerging AI capabilities.
- A passion for storytelling with data.
- Experience with SaaS or Ad Technology companies is a plus.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or Computer Science.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid co-op position.
- The role is available in NYC, Reno, or as a remote position within the United States.
- Work modality includes both remote and on-site options.
