About the role#
The Finance Co-Op is a six-month experience for students who want hands-on exposure and mentorship from finance professionals. You will work alongside teams that drive business decisions, with opportunities available in areas such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research and Development Finance, Internal Audit, and Tax. This program serves as a pathway into the Finance Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
- Assist with data analysis and process improvements.
- Engage in cross-functional business projects.
- Perform budget support and capital budgeting.
- Participate in month and year end closing procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing an undergraduate or fifth-year master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a business-related major.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Intermediate Excel skills or a strong willingness to build them quickly.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
- Locations include New Brunswick, NJ; Jacksonville, FL; Titusville, NJ; Spring House, PA; Raritan, NJ; Danvers, MA; and Raynham, MA.
- Pay ranges from $26 to $29 per hour, depending on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.
- This position is eligible for overtime and specific company benefit programs.
