About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support vendor management operations within the aviation and aerospace manufacturing sector. You will act as a primary point of contact for staffing vendors and help align workforce priorities across the Aftermarket, Engineering, and Defense sectors. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain relationships with approved staffing vendors.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process and conduct quality audits of supplier documentation.
- Distribute requisitions to vendors and monitor candidate pipelines.
- Process agency submissions via PowerApp and update candidate statuses in SuccessFactors.
- Participate in weekly governance calls with both staffing vendors and internal business stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements for vendor interactions and training.
- Generate reports on submittals, interviews, and offers.
- Handle contractor conversions and respond to inquiries from internal teams and external vendors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program focused on Business Administration, Management, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work well within a team.
- Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
