About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term based in Dorval, Quebec. You will work in a hybrid capacity supporting HR Business Partner functions within the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry. This role is open to current students only.
What you'll do#
- Track headcount and requisitions while identifying ways to optimize HR reporting.
- Help implement initiatives focused on employee retention and engagement.
- Train leaders on onboarding, career orientation, and leadership engagement.
- Assist with succession planning and talent reviews.
- Manage documentation within SharePoint and shared drives.
- Support core HR processes including work permit tracking, performance improvement plans, diversity and inclusion efforts, and talent acquisition.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- A meticulous, organized, and structured approach to tasks.
- A positive, approachable attitude and a focus on teamwork.
