About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Strategic Partnerships team to help manage educational events and immersive experiences. This role is based in Dorval, Quebec, and operates on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Organize and coordinate educational events, such as site visits, to raise awareness about careers in aviation.
- Create materials to promote these initiatives to internal and external audiences.
- Manage event logistics, including bookings, invitations, and promotional items.
- Track the impact of events by collecting data on participation rates and gathering feedback from collaborators.
- Work with Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations teams to keep educational initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Support recruitment efforts by helping to engage students in internship and work-study programs.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Political Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. This position is for students only, not recent graduates.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
- A meticulous, rigorous, and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive and autonomous work style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism while working in a team environment.

- Note: Interns may occasionally be required to travel outside of Canada for work or training purposes.
