About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the team in Dorval, Quebec, working in a hybrid capacity to support customer relationship management and data integrity.
What you'll do#
- Follow data governance protocols for customer lifecycle master data.
- Research and update CRM information using third-party databases and the internet.
- Verify and update details for customer and competitive aircraft owners, operators, and management companies.
- Qualify new entries in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicates.
- Resolve sales exceptions related to territory assignments.
- Build company and executive profiles for senior leadership and sales teams.
- Run regular data quality checks to maintain information integrity.
- Meet internal Service Level Agreement timelines.
- Manage customer requests for portal access and aircraft fleet modifications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel is an asset.
