About the role#
The Customer Response Center (CRC) is looking for an analytical intern to support data-driven decision making. You will work directly with the CRC Business Analyst to develop operational dashboards, reports, and KPIs. This role focuses on process improvement and provides hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and automation.
What you'll do#
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and executive reporting packages.
- Validate data quality and fix discrepancies.
- Streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Document business processes and reporting requirements.
- Extract and organize data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting needs.
- Explore AI and automation tools to improve workflows.
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and executive summaries.
- Participate in project meetings and process reviews.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to organize and analyze large data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Self-motivation, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Experience with Power BI, Salesforce CRM, SQL, Power Query, or DAX is preferred.
- Interest in data visualization and dashboard design.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for students only.
- Occasional travel outside of Canada may be required for training or work purposes.
