About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Dorval, Quebec. You will work with the International Regional Team to support their daily operations and long-term projects. The role follows a hybrid work model and requires occasional travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes. Please note that this position is open to current students only, not new graduates.
What you'll do#
- Support the International Regional Team with project tasks and daily operations.
- Plan and coordinate communications between regional leads and the Montreal office to ensure information flows smoothly.
- Organize regional meetings and prepare reports to keep teams aligned.
- Manage projects that account for regional needs within a global business environment.
- Contribute to initiatives that build the company presence in international markets.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in business, marketing, communications, or international business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Experience or knowledge in project coordination.
- Comfort working across different time zones.
- Fluency in English and French. Proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset.
