About the role#
This internship is a 10-week summer program for students finishing their junior year of college. It offers a mix of classroom sessions, technical training, and hands-on work within our IT Audit Information Assurance department. You will learn about our operations, markets, and strategies while preparing for a potential role in our associate rotational development program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities within the department.
- Participate in classroom curriculum, self-study courses, and on-the-job training.
- Engage in special projects, including the Battle of the Interns team project.
- Analyze business situations, draw conclusions, and present data to make recommendations.
- Build professional relationships with managers, mentors, and peers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to build authentic relationships.
- Initiative and a willingness to engage in self-study.
