About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support People, Engagement, and Impact priorities at BNY. You will contribute to initiatives across people governance, employee relations, and community impact. This role focuses on using data and technology to improve the employee experience and drive business outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Support People, Engagement, and Impact priorities through initiatives in people governance, employee relations, and community impact.
- Analyze and improve onboarding and employee experiences using feedback and digital tools.
- Support pilots of generative AI tools to enhance People and Corporate Affairs operations.
- Build or refine dashboards to track key people and Corporate Affairs metrics.
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform skills frameworks and workforce strategy.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Data Science, or Communications.
- Expected graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work without sponsorship for an employment visa in the United States.
