About the role#
The People, Engagement, and Impact internship at BNY is a 10-week summer program. It focuses on how the company attracts, develops, and retains talent. You will work on projects that support employee relations, public policy, and community impact. This is a full-time, paid position based in Lake Mary, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Support People, Engagement, and Impact priorities across areas like governance and philanthropy.
- Analyze and improve employee onboarding and internal mobility processes.
- Support pilots of generative AI tools to assist with internal communications and knowledge management.
- Build or refine dashboards to track engagement trends, learning participation, and other key metrics.
- Help run pulse surveys and focus groups to synthesize feedback for leadership.
- Conduct research on market trends to inform workforce strategy.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Science, or Psychology.
- Graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Lake Mary, Florida.
- You must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.
