About the role#
This internship provides exposure to how a global financial services organization operates at scale. You will work within the Chief Operating Office, which focuses on operational excellence, governance, and business management. This role is designed for students interested in how organizations function behind the scenes, offering an opportunity to contribute to projects that help teams execute effectively.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the Chief Operating Office.
- Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities.
- Track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Assist with the documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- Expected graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- A strong focus on business-related or technology-related majors, such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
