About the role#
We are looking for a Packaging Development Intern to join our team in Spartanburg for the Fall 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position. You will work directly with our packaging team to support the design and validation of solutions used in our manufacturing process.
What you'll do#
- Help develop packaging solutions.
- Test and validate new packaging designs.
- Work with different departments to meet project requirements.
- Write reports and prepare technical documentation.
- Join design reviews to provide feedback.
What you'll need#
- Current studies in Industrial Engineering, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Knowledge of packaging design principles.
- Experience using CAD software.
- Strong analytical skills to solve problems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
