About the role#
This is a full-time Marketing Coordinator internship for Winter 2027. You will join the team in Toronto for an 8-month term. This role supports the marketing department by managing operational processes, project coordination, and the delivery of marketing solutions. You will work independently and with stakeholders to ensure our marketing efforts align with business strategies and brand standards.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of marketing projects, events, and conferences.
- Draft, edit, and distribute communications and marketing collateral.
- Manage team schedules, marketing budgets, and inventory of materials.
- Gather data to create regular reports and dashboards.
- Maintain internal web content, sales aids, and presentations.
- Coordinate the translation and regulatory approval process for marketing materials.
- Propose new solutions and think creatively about marketing programs.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework to all tasks to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Marketing or Business Administration program.
- A strong desire to learn and take initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in collaboration and working within a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Influence skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the financial industry is an asset.
