Electronics Design Co-op (Fall 2026)

About the role#

Blue Robotics is seeking an Electronics Design Co-op for the Fall 2026 term. You will join our Research & Development team in Victoria, BC, to work on marine robotics components and systems. This is a full-time, on-site, paid position where you will be treated as a full-time engineer with equivalent responsibilities.

What you'll do#

• Design real products, taking them from the whiteboard phase through to fully tested, volume-manufactured units.
• Expand your technical depth and understanding of electronic systems.
• Participate in a collaborative team environment to solve complex engineering challenges.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program (Electrical, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• A strong foundation in electronic and microelectronic theory.
• Practical experience designing, building, and testing PCBs.
• An insatiable drive to understand systems and create new technology.
• An innate desire to collaborate, learn, and adapt.

• Compensation: This is a paid position. Includes paid holidays, 6 PTO days, educational reimbursement (up to $500), and relocation reimbursement (up to $1,500).
