About the role#
Blue Mountain Resort offers unpaid co-op placements for high school students. These roles provide hands-on experience in a professional setting, mentorship from industry professionals, and the chance to build skills for your resume.
What you'll do#
- Risk Management: Learn about safety protocols, incident reporting, and compliance procedures.
- Skilled Trades and Construction: Gain experience with electrical work, building maintenance, and automotive repairs.
- Business Administration: Support office operations through data entry and various organizational projects.
- Hotel Maintenance: Work with the maintenance team on facility upkeep, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Mountain Adventure: Support our activities and attractions while providing service to guests.
What you'll need#
- You are reliable, eager to learn, and ready to work as part of a team.
- You can commit to the required co-op hours.
- You have reliable transportation to and from the resort.
