About the role#
The Future of Work Fellowship is a training program for the next generation of policy leaders, advocates, and practitioners. Fellows focus on workforce policy research and the future of work. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Develop skills as a policy leader or practitioner.
- Research the future of work and workforce policy.
- Engage in training initiatives provided by the Institute for the American Worker.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated interest in the future of work and workforce policy.
- Ability to challenge conventional thinking.
- Commitment to advocacy and policy improvement for workers and employers.
- Background in fields such as Political Science, Economics, Public Health, Sociology, History, or Communications.
