About the role#
The Presentation Designer is a two-year fellowship position reporting to the Senior Director of Creative and Content. You will design polished, strategic presentation materials to support the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. This role involves partnering with executive leadership to transform complex data and narratives into visual stories for the Board of Directors, fundraising initiatives, and national conferences. You will also build a library of templates and assets to help the organization maintain consistent design standards.
What you'll do#
- Design and refine professional, on-brand presentation materials.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to prepare decks for high-impact audiences.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive asset library, including templates, icons, charts, and infographics.
- Create custom graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Manage multiple presentation projects at once to meet deadlines.
- Incorporate animation and transitions to improve audience engagement.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- A portfolio showing your work in visual storytelling, slide design, and information hierarchy.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, remote position based in the Continental United States.
- The role is a two-year fellowship.
- Occasional travel (5%) is required for team meetings and the national conference.
