About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Detroit. You will work alongside our municipal team to support local infrastructure projects. The role involves a mix of office-based design work and field inspections at project sites.
What you'll do#
- Assist with engineering design tasks for municipal clients.
- Conduct field inspections to support project progress.
- Handle various engineering assignments as directed by the team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program for Civil, Construction, or Environmental Engineering.
- A strong interest in infrastructure, water, sewer, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to manage assignments and stay organized.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift up to 25lbs.
