    About the role#

    As a Civil Site Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers and planners, gaining insight into project management, regulatory compliance, and construction practices. This role offers exposure to real-world projects that shape communities.

    What you'll do#

    • Contribute to site inspections, technical drafting, data analysis, and project design.
    • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and verify that construction aligns with engineering plans.
    • Assist with feasibility studies, zoning research, and due diligence reporting.
    • Support engineers in designing stormwater management systems, site layouts, and other infrastructure projects.
    • Prepare and update technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
    • Compile and analyze data to guide project development.
    • Maintain project documentation and contribute to project reports.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred but not required.
    • Previous internship or field experience is a plus, but not required.

    • Modality: On-site.
    • Employment: Full-time internship.
    • Compensation: This is a paid position.
    • Term: Rolling basis.
