About the role#
Benesch is hiring interns to join our bridge and structural engineering teams. You will work alongside professionals to deliver solutions for transportation projects. This role provides hands-on experience and mentorship from project engineers and managers.
What you'll do#
- Support the design of conventional and complex bridges and structures.
- Perform bridge and structure load ratings.
- Assist with bridge inspections.
- Contribute to design, analysis, and field tasks.
- Learn directly from experienced engineers.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- A strong interest in bridge and structural engineering.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling application process.
