About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will work on-site alongside our bridge and structural engineering professionals. The role offers hands-on experience on active projects and direct mentorship from Project Engineers and Project Managers.
What you'll do#
- Support the design of conventional and complex bridges and structures.
- Conduct load ratings and perform bridge inspections.
- Contribute to design, analysis, and various field tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on active engineering projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university, with a focus on structures.
- A strong interest in bridge and structural engineering.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
