About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work on business projects within the People (HR) function at Belden. Over the course of 12 weeks, you will work with global teams to develop project management skills and function-specific knowledge. You will work toward goals and present your results to business leaders.
What you'll do#
- Review HR policies, benefits, and employee engagement plans to suggest improvements.
- Assist in the creation and roll-out of new employee programs.
- Develop standardized processes and refreshed training materials.
- Contribute to the review, grading, and benchmarking of new job descriptions.
- Support the implementation of employee experience initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or Management.
- Previous internship or work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and a bias for action.
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Compensation: $37 per hour.
