About the role#
Bass Pro Shops offers a 10-week immersive internship program at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. This full-time program provides a view of our business operations while you work on projects that impact our daily activities. You will have opportunities for professional development and networking with leadership. The program also includes team trips to visit our retail stores, resorts, and manufacturing plants.
What you'll do#
- Track inventory levels and help put stock management strategies into practice.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure products are delivered on time and accurately.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Use data to support demand forecasting and refine purchasing strategies.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed your Junior year of college or be in your graduating year.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
- You must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- You must be able to commit to the full 10-week program at 40 hours per week.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States and able to relocate to Springfield, Missouri for the duration of the program.

- This is a paid, full-time position.
