About the role#
This is a 10-week, full-time immersive internship program based at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. You will gain a broad overview of our business operations while focusing on professional development and building your career competencies. You will work under direct supervision and follow established policies and procedures to support our team.
What you'll do#
- Assist with projects and research that directly impact our business operations.
- Engage in professional development sessions and networking events with company leadership.
- Participate in team field trips to our retail store, Big Cedar Lodge, and our boat manufacturing plants to understand our business model.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Completion of your junior year of college through your graduating year.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program for 40 hours per week.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to relocate to Springfield, Missouri for the duration of the program.
