About the role#

What you'll do#
- Set up new job files and maintain monthly reports.
- Assist the office manager and production team with daily operations.
- Issue insulation certificates once projects are complete.
- Answer the phone and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the right person.
- Handle various administrative tasks as they come up.
- Follow all safety rules and report hazardous conditions immediately.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
