About the role#
Barrick Mining Corporation is seeking an Exploration Geology Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Elko, Nevada. Interns work directly with professionals in the field to complete projects related to their studies.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects in your field of study.
- Work alongside industry professionals in the field.
- Gain experience at one of the Nevada Gold Mines locations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in school for the Fall 2026 semester.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to complete a minimum of ten weeks of work between May 1 and September 1, 2027.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including drug, alcohol, and metals testing.
- Pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering.
