About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work on a team within the civil engineering industry. You will receive mentorship from BGE employees while gaining practical experience. The program includes specific events and training sessions to support your career development, along with intern-specific activities.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on daily projects.
- Participate in company-led training and development events.
- Engage in intern-specific activities alongside your regular work.
- Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn industry-specific software tools.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
