About the role#
As a Customer Service Representative Intern, you serve as the face of Bank Five Nine. You will support our customers by handling teller transactions with accuracy and enthusiasm. We look for team players who enjoy connecting with others and finding ways to make our customers lives better.
What you'll do#
- Handle a variety of teller transactions.
- Listen to customers to understand their specific needs.
- Connect with people to provide helpful service.
What you'll need#
- Active participation in a high school careers program or Youth Apprenticeship Program.
- Basic keyboarding skills.
- Comfort navigating a Windows-based environment.
- Six months or more of related in-person customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous cash-handling experience is preferred.

- Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
