About the role#
This 10-week Manufacturing Management Internship provides hands-on experience within a plant environment. You will work alongside experienced leaders to explore operations and contribute to projects that impact plant performance.
What you'll do#
- Learn how a manufacturing facility runs by diving into daily plant operations.
- Lead or support projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Meet regularly with plant leaders for check-ins and mentorship.
- Develop leadership skills while gaining exposure to production and support teams.
- Attend professional development activities, including a week at corporate headquarters.
- Follow all plant safety practices, SOPs, and policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Completion of at least one year of coursework.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including 12-hour shifts on the plant floor when needed.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

- Compensation: $28.00 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
