About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our Private Wealth Management team. You will work alongside Financial Advisors, applying classroom knowledge to real-world projects. You will be treated as a core team member, contributing to our daily operations and learning about the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Support Financial Advisors by reviewing reports and conducting research.
- Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Assist with financial planning and market research tasks.
- Handle administrative duties, including phone calls and basic client inquiries.
- Process necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Contribute to branch marketing initiatives.
- Take on additional projects and duties as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A clear interest in building a career in private wealth management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and associates.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- A proactive, motivated mindset and a desire to learn.
- Prior office experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Bloomington, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027, starting in June.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position requiring 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
