About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within our Private Wealth Management team. You will work alongside Financial Advisors to gain insight into their daily operations and contribute directly to team success. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Tucson office for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support Financial Advisors with various projects, including report reviews and research.
- Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Assist with financial planning and market research tasks.
- Handle administrative duties, phone calls, and basic client inquiries.
- Process necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Contribute to branch marketing initiatives.
- Perform additional project support as required.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Genuine interest in building a career in private wealth management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and associates.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn.
- Prior office experience is preferred.

- Location: Tucson, Arizona.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time (37.5-40 hours per week).
