About the role#
We are looking for a Marketing/Sales Intern to join our Corporate Marketing and Sales Enablement team. This role provides hands-on experience with marketing operations, event coordination, and sales support. You will work directly with our team in a professional consulting environment to help build foundational marketing skills.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external marketing events.
- Assist with logistics, materials, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and client-facing materials.
- Partner with sales enablement on campaign creation, follow-up, and tracking.
- Use Microsoft Copilot AI tools to generate content ideas and improve workflows.
- Review and edit marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Assist in tracking deadlines and managing tasks for campaign execution.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to write and proofread content with high attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Location & details#
- Location: Houston, Texas (Galleria area).
- Modality: On-site, 3 days per week.
- Term: Fall 2026 (8-10 weeks).
- Schedule: 20 hours per week, starting in early September 2026.
- Compensation: Paid position.
