About the role#
ERM is hiring an intern for the Marketing Agency team in Knoxville for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the Marketing and Communications account team with day-to-day operations. You will gain exposure to integrated marketing programs while assisting with client projects and new business efforts.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research for client and agency initiatives.
- Support meeting and project coordination.
- Assist with the development of content and presentations.
- Provide social media and communications support.
- Track project status and related activities.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews.
- Provide general administrative support for client projects and new business efforts.
- Support day-to-day account operations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented approach to work.
- Critical-thinking skills.
Location & details#
- This is a part-time, paid internship based on-site in Knoxville, Tennessee.
- The office is located on the second floor with no elevator access.
- This position requires sitting for long periods, frequent keyboarding, and professional communication over the phone and in person.
