About the role#
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to join our Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations team. This role focuses on maintaining the integrity of our marketing technology stack and optimizing data quality. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM management, and performance reporting.
What you'll do#
- Assist with Pardot list imports and lead data cleaning to ensure high-quality database standards.
- Research and enrich CRM data to fill in missing account or contact information.
- Perform quality assurance checks on emails to support the deployment process.
- Assist with Salesforce campaign creation and manage campaign member data accuracy.
- Standardize Pardot folder structures and conduct audits of files and asset libraries.
- Create, enhance, or reorganize centralized documentation to ensure marketing processes are scalable.
- Lead a project to establish a baseline for email performance and help generate marketing reports.
What you'll need#
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data cleaning and analysis.
- Strong writing skills for creating clear, concise process documentation.
- A strong interest in marketing technology, data management, and operational efficiency.
- An analytical mindset with a measure twice, cut once approach to data and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort with learning new software and following complex workflows.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Data Science.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
- The internship terms are Fall 2026 and Winter 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid position at $18 per hour.
