About the role#
AVI Foodsystems is hiring a Student Dishwasher for the Bob Jones University Fresh Market. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using a dish machine.
- Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and organized.
- Store clean dishes and cooking equipment in their proper places.
- Receive product from vendors and organize stock.
- Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
- Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler.
What you'll need#
- Ability to learn standard cleaning methods and operate dishwashing equipment.
- Physical stamina for frequent bending, walking, and lifting.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Focus on customer service standards.
- Previous dishwashing experience is preferred.
