About the role#
AVI Foodsystems is hiring a Marketing Intern to join the team at Wofford College. This is a part-time, on-site role for students. You will support the marketing department with daily operations and long-term projects while gaining hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist the marketing department in executing core goals and projects.
- Help plan promotions and various company events.
- Conduct web research to support marketing initiatives.
- Work with managers and directors on unique assignments.
- Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects.
- Learn and apply graphic design skills for entry-level tasks.
- Handle administrative duties such as copying, binding, and collating materials.
- Engage with the company mission, vision, and values.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior status pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Prior coursework in marketing concepts and a basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
- A professional, positive attitude and a willingness to handle hands-on tasks.
- Energy, motivation, and a desire to participate in all levels of the organization.
