About the role#
We are looking for a creative intern to help tell the Juicekeys story online. You will work with our team to plan and create content, grow our community, and bring our menu and mission to life across social platforms. This is a hands-on role where your ideas will actually get posted.
What you'll do#
- Plan and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Shoot and edit photos and short-form video in our stores.
- Write engaging captions and copy.
- Highlight new menu items, seasonal specials, promotions, and team members.
- Monitor comments and messages and respond to followers.
- Track performance metrics and share weekly takeaways.
- Research trends, hashtags, and local influencers or community partners.
- Support event promotion, giveaways, and loyalty or app campaigns.
- Pitch fresh content ideas at team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual content.
- Comfortable shooting and editing content on a smartphone.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage deadlines independently.
- Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or food and beverage.
- Experience with Canva, personal or school social media projects, or hospitality roles is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (Hybrid).
- Hours: 10-15 hours per week, flexible.
- Compensation: $15-17 per hour.
- Duration: One semester with the possibility of extension.
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
